In 2006 Accucutter® completely redesigned the Model 2001 12” Shear. The new design is the result of two years of systematically evaluating and field testing every component of the shear. The result of the development effort is a new shear that is lighter, more compact, more durable, and easier to use. At first glance it may look the same old shear, but the shear table is the only part that remains the same as the original 2001. It is the complete evolution of the 12” table shear and is named the 2001EVO.
